Zollicoffer, Jr., Esquire hereby jointly move that the previously scheduled trial be continued for the following reasons: 1. In anticipation of the Discovery Teleconference held on Friday, March 1, 2019, undersigned counsel conferred about possible settlement, outstanding discovery and other required trial matters. As a result, Plaintiffs and Defendant have agreed to extend the discovery period for ninety (90) days to Thursday, May 30, 2019, for Plaintiffs to obtain medical records from Plaintiff David Hohman’s most recent surgery directly related to the injuries sustained in the underlying matter. 3. Additionally, Plaintiffs and Defendant continue to explore the possibility of settlement. 4. Although Trial is scheduled to occur on April 1, 2019, the Plaintiffs and Defendant respectfully request that the Trial be rescheduled to the October, 2019 trial term, with pre-trial conference to occur in September, 2019.
