P. 60(b), hereby moves the Court to amend its prior judgment issued against the defendants Registrant of CanadianGoose.com and CanadianGoose.com (collectively, “defendants”) on the ground that such relief is justified in order to effectuate the Court’s ruling. Canada Goose herein requests that the prior Order be amended to further order that VeriSign, Inc. effectuate transfer of the domain name, CanadianGoose.com, to plaintiff Canada Goose pursuant to 15 U. S. C. § 1125(d)(1)(C) by changing the registrar of record in the authoritative .com registry database from Uniregistrar Corp. to a registrar designated by plaintiff Canada Goose. The grounds for this motion are set forth more fully in the attached memorandum incorporated by reference herein.
