AND ANY OPINIONS RELYING ON A TWO-PARTY MARKET THEORY Defendants and Counterclaimants L’Oréal USA, Inc., L’Oréal USA Products, Inc., L’Oréal USA S/D, Inc., and Redken 5th Avenue NYC, LLC (collectively, “L’Oréal USA”) hereby move pursuant to Federal Rules of Evidence 702 and 703 and Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 509 U.S. 579 (1993) for an order that Plaintiffs and Counterclaim- Defendants Liqwd, Inc. and Olaplex LLC (collectively, “Olaplex”), as well as Olaplex’s witnesses, are precluded from offering or relying upon at trial the expert opinions and testimony of George G. Strong, Jr. or any expert opinions or testimony that rely on a two-party market theory. The grounds for this motion are fully set forth in the opening brief submitted concurrently herewith.
