PLAINTIFFS’ RENEWED MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
Defendants L’Oréal USA, Inc., L’Oréal USA Products, Inc., L’Oréal USA S/D, Inc., and
Redken 5th Avenue NYC, LLC (together, “Defendants”), by and through their undersigned
counsel, hereby move the Court to reopen the record on Plaintiffs Liqwd, Inc. and Olaplex
LLC’s (together, “Plaintiffs”) Renewed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (D.I. 239), and
supplement that record with Exhibits A and B to the Declaration of Katherine F. Murray filed
concurrently herewith. The grounds for this Motion are set forth fully in Defendants’ Opening
Brief filed contemporaneously herewith.
