On March 28, 2018, Defendants Par/Paddock filed an opposition to class certification. On April 6, 2018, Defendants Solvay and Watson also filed an opposition to class certification. On June 4, 2018, DPPs filed a reply brief. Accordingly, class certification briefing is ripe for the Court’s consideration and was submitted to chambers by the Clerk’s office on June 12, 2018.
