I. O. Case No. R-3706 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER May ?5, 1912 On April 22, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on May 8, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On May 11, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any'bf the parties. I. 0-------------------------------------------------- 2 The results of the election show that no collective bargaining repre- sentative has been selected by a majority of the employees in the appropriate unit. The petition of United Packinghouse Workers of America, C. I. 0., for investigation and certification of representatives of employees of Wilson & Co., Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, at its Beek- man Branch in New York City, will therefore be dismissed. , 140 N L.
