CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
July 8, 1942
On April 9, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a
Decision and Direction of Election,' and on May 28, 1942, a Supple-
mental Decision and Direction of Run-Off Election,2 in the above-
entitled proceeding. Puisuant to the Direction of Run-Off Election,
an-election by secret ballot was conducted on June 19, 1942, under the
direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Seven-
teenth Region (Kansas City, Missouri) On June 22, 1942, the Re-
gional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended,
issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No
objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have
been filed by any of the parties

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Packinghouse Workers Organizing
Committee, Local No 94, affiliated with the C I 0, has been selected
by a majority of all employees of Wichita Union Stockyards Com-
pany, Wichita, Kansas, at its yards in Wichita, Kansas, including
yardmen, classes A, B, C, and D, yardmen beginners, extra yardmen,
janitors, construction men, foremen, and watchmen, but excluding gen-
eral foremen (including the construction foreman and janitor fore-
man), superintendents and assistant superintendents, office and cleri-
cal employees, the employee classified as a special officer, and the
watchman, Oscar Rich, as their representative for the puiposes of
collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section
9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Packinghouse Workers
Organizing Committee, Local No 94, affiliated with the C I 0, is
the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of
collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of
employment, and other conditions of employment.
