Pursuant to the Direction of Election an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 1, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On August 21, 1941 , the Regional Director , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regu- lations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report . No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report haye been filed by any of the parties. L. R. B. 605. 35 N. L. R. B., No. 72. 348 WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC MANUFACTURING COMPANY 349 Jersey, plant, excluding supervisory employees, guards, the medical department, the personnel and suggestion interviewers of the personnel department, the manufacturing engineers, the secretary and assistant secretary to the auditor, and the secretaries to the following : the meter-division manager, the sales manager, the engineering manager, the superintendent, the assistant superintendent, and the supervisor of industrial relations, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Local 426, United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
