R-2753 to R-2768, Inclusive ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITIONS February 24, 1942 The Board , on September 8, 1941, having issued a Decision, Order and Direction of Elections 1 in the above -entitled cases , in which it dismissed the petitions for investigation and certification of repre- sentatives filed in Cases Nos. R-2753, R-2758, and R-2762 and R-2767, and directed elections in the remaining cases; and , thereafter, on February 12, 1942, Commercial Telegraphers Union, Local 40, having requested permission to withdraw the petitions not previously dis- missed by the Board by the aforesaid Order of September 8, 1941; and the Board having duly considered the matter and being advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the petitioner for permis- sion to withdraw its petitions in Cases Nos. R -2754, R-2755, R-2756, R-2757, R-2759, R-2760, R-2761 , R-2763 , R-2764, R-2765, R-2766, and R-2768 be, and it hereby is , granted, and that the aforesaid cases be, and they hereby are , closed. 1 35 N L R B 251. 39 N.
