The Order in my Decision at JD(SF)–22–07 is hereby amended to substitute the
following at footnote 10:
Any party may, within twenty eight (28) days from the date of issuance of this
recommended Decision, file with the Board in Washington, DC, an original and eight (8)
copies of exceptions thereto. Immediately upon the filing of such exceptions, the party
filing the same shall serve a copy thereof on the other parties and shall file a copy with
the Regional Director. If no party files exceptions thereto, the Board may adopt the
recommendations set forth herein.
