Case No. R-92599 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES July 30, 1941 On June 21, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on July 11, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Seventh Region (Detroit, Michigan). On July 15, 1941,2 the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regu- lations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report were filed by any of the parties. B., No. 171. 952 VINCENT SrrEEL PROCESS COMPANY 953 of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Union, United Automo- bile Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees, of Vincent Steel Process Company, Detroit, Michigan, excluding superintendents, foremen, office workers, salesmen, time- keepers, and supervisory employees with the right to hire and dis: charge, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargain- ning, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Union, United Auto- mobile Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
