I. 0., herein called the Federation. The Board stated that if the employees selected the Bottle Blowers as their bargaining repre- sentative, they would constitute a part of the unit covered by the Bottle Blowers contract, and if they chose the Federation, they would constitute a part of the unit covered by the Federation's contract.- We find that Glass Bottle Blowers Association of United States and Canada, Local No. 46, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all upkeep men and learners of Universal Glass Products Company, Parkersburg, West Virginia, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining. As we-stated in our Decision and Direction of Election, the Bottle Blowers may now bargain for upkeep men and learners and other employees covered by its contract with the Company in a single unit inasmuch as they already represent the latter group?
