OF REPRESENTATIVES August 31, 1941{2 /On August 7, _1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections and-on August 17, 1942, an' Amendment to Direction of Election,2 in the above-entitled proceed- ings. Pursuant to the Direction of Election and Amendment an elec- tion by secret ballot was conducted under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Ill- inois). On August 18, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules'and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report were filed by any of the parties.
