On May 23, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. I. 0.) has been designated and selected by a majority of the employees of The Youngstown Steel Door Company at its Youngstown, Ohio, plant, including stock clerks, but excluding 131 N L R B 555 32 N L. B., No. 101. 501 502 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD supervisory employees, the superintendent, foremen, head foremen, pushers, clerical workers, timekeepers, office employees, watchmen, and patrolmen, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Steel Workers Organizing Committee, Local Union No. 2310 (C.
