AMENDMENT TO CERTIFICATION OF
REPRESENTATIVES
July 16, 1942
On Febiuaiy 14, 1942, the National Laboi Relations Board issued
a Certification of Representatives in the above-entitled pioceeding.l
On June 24,1942, Local $,E7, Commercial Telegiaphers' Union, affiliated
with the American Federation of Labor, filed a motion with the Board
requesting that its name be substituted for that of American Federation
of Labor Westein Union,Affliated Locals in our Certification of Rep-
resentatives The American Federation of Labor and The Western
Union Telegiaph Company notified the Board that they had no
objection to the iequested change
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that our Certification of Representatives of
February 14,1942, be amended by striking theiefrom the words "Amer-
ican Federation of Labor Western Union Affiliated Locals" and sub-'
stituting therefor the words"Local #7, Commercial Telegraphers'
Union."
