R-3357 to R-3361, innclrusive, respectively and R-3392 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April 16, 194f On r ebruary 28, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceeding.t On March 9, 1942, the Board issued an Amendment to Direction of Elections., On March 21, 1942, the Board issued an Amendment to Decision and Direction of Elections.3 Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, as amended, elections by secret ballot were conducted on March 25, 26, and 27, 1942, under the direction and supervision of, the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On' March 30, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties a Report on Elections. Inasmuch as a plurality of the votes in the election were cast for neither of the competing labor organizations, the request is hereby 'denied.
