Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on December 4, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Sixteenth Region (Fort Worth, Texas). On December 8, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 23. 101 102 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD' IT is HEREBY CERTIFIED that Telegraph Workers Federal Labor Union, No. 22679, Fort Worth Chapter, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees at the Fort Worth, Texas, office of The Western Union Telegraph Company, including regular and part-time mes- sengers, but excluding the superintendent, manager of delivery de- partment, sales manager, chief operators, T. & R. chief, city foreman, and temporary employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Telegraph Workers Federal Labor Union, No. 22679, Fort Worth Chapter, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
