Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 25, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Ninth Region (Cincinnati, Ohio). On' November 26, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series '2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported as follows : Total on eligibility list-------------------------------------- 78 Total ballots cast ------------------------------------------- 78 Total ballots challenged------------------------------------- 4 Total blank ballots------------------------------------------ 0 Total void ballots------------------------------------------- 0 Total valid votes counted------------------------------------ 74 Votes cast for Warehouse and Distribution Workers Union, C. I. 0--------------------------------------------------- 20 Votes cast against Warehouse and Distribution Workers Union, C. I. 0--------------------------------------------------- 54 The results of the election show that no collective bargaining repre- sentative has been selected by a majority of the employees.
