CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES,

On May 9, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its
Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceedings.'
Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were
conducted under the direction and supervision of the Regional Di-
rectors for the Fifth Region (Baltimore, Maryland) and Tenth Region
-(Atlanta, Georgia),-respectively, on May 22 and May 30, 1941. On
May 23 and June 6, 194], the Regional Director for the Fifth Region
and the Acting Regional Director for the Tenth Region, acting pur-
suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board
Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served
upon the parties their respective Election Reports. No objections
to the conduct of the ballots or to the Election Reports have been
filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director for the
Fifth Region reported as follows :

tions Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9,
of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,
as amended,
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that American Federation of Industrial and
Ordinary Insurance Agents-Union No. 22164, Richmond, Virginia,
has been designated and selected by a majority of the debit collectors
employed by The Life Insurance Company of Virginia in its Rich-
mond, Virginia, district office, excluding district managers, assistant
district managers, inspectors, and office and clerical employees, as
their representative for the purposes, of collective bargaining and
that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act,
American Federation of Industrial and Ordinary Insurance Agents
Union No. "22164, Richmond, Virginia, is the exclusive representative
of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with
respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other
conditions of employment; and
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that American Federation of Industrial and
Ordinary Insurance Agents Union No. 22265, Columbus, Georgia,
has been designated and selected by a majority of the debit collectors
employed by The Life Insurance Company of Virginia in its two
district offices located in the Flowers Building in Columbus, Georgia,
excluding district managers, assistant district managers, inspectors,
and office and clerical employees, as their representative for the pur-
poses of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a)
of--the National Labor Relations Act, American Federation of In-
dustrial and Ordinary Insurance Agents Union No. 22265,, Columbus,
Georgia, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the
purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages.
