Case No. R-3268 FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND -ORDER June 2, 1942 On January 20, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election in.the above-entitled. proceeding.' On February 25, 1942, the Board issued a Supplemental Decision and Second Direction of Election; 2 on March 9, 1942, a Second Supplemental Decision -and Amendment to Second Direction of Election; 3 and on-May 12, 1942, a Third,Supple- mental Decision and Direction 4 On May 16, 1942, pursuant to the Third Supplemental Decision and Direction, the ballots of Roland -Clarke, James Alexander, Herman Jackson, and Ernest Jantzen were opened and counted under the direction and supervision of the Re- gional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois). On May. 18, 1942, the Regional Director issued'and duly served upon the parties his Supplemental Report on Run-Off Election. No objections to the Supplemental Report on Run-Off Election have been filed by any of the parties. The petition for investigation and certification of representatives of em- ployees of The Edward Valve & Manufacturing Company, Inc., East Chicago, Indiana, will therefore be dismissed. ORDER By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifi- cation of representatives of employees of The Edward Valve & Manu- facturing Company, Inc., East Chicago, Indiana, filed by Local Union No. 2498, Steel Workers Organizing Committee, C.
