ORDER VACATING AND SETTING ASIDE DECISION AND
ORDER
March 3, 1939
The Board having issued its Decision and Order in the above case
on September 3, 1937, and its Supplement to Decision and Order on
October 5, 1937;1 and the transcript of the record in the said case
not having been filed in any court; and the Board having given due
notice that on Saturday, February 18, 1939, or as soon thereafter as
may be convenient, unless sufficient cause to the contrary shall then
appear, it would vacate and set aside its Decision and Order, and its
Supplement to Decision and Order; and the respondent in a letter,
dated February 10, 1939, having protested against the undertaking;
and the Board having duly considered the same, and no sufficient
cause to the contrary appearing therefrom; and the Board desiring
to take further proceedings in this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Decision and Order of the Board
made September 3, 1937, and the Supplement to Decision and
Order made October 5, 1937, in this case, be, and they hereby are,
vacated and set aside; and that the Board shall take such further
proceedings herein as it may be advised are necessary or desirable.
