DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
December 10, 2013, and the Acting Regional Director's report recommending disposition of
them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 11 ballots cast for and 5 ballots cast against the Union, with 0 void ballots and 0
challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and
recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued.

CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for SEIU Local 200
United and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the
following appropriate unit:
All full-time and regular part-time Head Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Teachers
aides (who work more than 20 hours per week, year round), Head Teacher/RN,
Kindergarten Teacher, Food Service Workers, and Floaters, at its Albany, New
York location; excluding guards, professional employees and supervisors as
defined in the Act, and all other employees
