On February 20, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. Full opportunity to participate in the conduct of the elec- tion and to make challenges was accorded to all parties. No ob- jections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 65. 667 668 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Employees Mutual Petroleum Trans- portation Association has been designated and selected by a majority of the operating and maintenance employees of The Texas Empire Pipe Line Company, Bloomington, Illinois, in its Northern Division, including mechanical workers, main-line workers, telegraph opera- tors, engineers, oilers, gaugers, laborers, pipe liners, and other operat- ing employees, but excluding office employees, foremen, chief engi- neers, chief gaugers, and other supervisory employees, as their repre- sentative for the purpose of collective bargaining, and that, pur- suant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Employees Mutual Petroleum Transportation Association is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employ- ment.
