ORDER TRANSFERRING PROCEEDING TO THE BOARD

NOTICE TO SHOW CAUSE
On February 26, 2016, the Respondent filed with the Board a motion to dismiss the
complaint on the ground that the complaint allegations should be deferred to the parties’
grievance-arbitration procedure. On March 3, 2016, the General Counsel filed an opposition
to the motion, and on March 24, 2016, the Respondent filed a reply. Having duly considered
the matter,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled proceeding be transferred to and continued
before the Board in Washington D.C., and that the hearing scheduled for May 23, 2016, be
postponed indefinitely.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that cause be shown, in writing, filed with the Board in Washington,
D.C., on or before June 1, 2016 (with affidavit of service on the parties to this proceeding),
why the Respondent’s Motion should not be granted. Any briefs or statements in support of
the motion shall be filed by the same date.
