ORDER VACATING AND SETTING ASIDE DECISION, OR-
DER, AND DIRECTION OF ELECTION AND DISMISSING
COMPLAINT AND PETITION
March 29, 1939
The Board, on January 5,.1939, having issued a Decision, Order,
and Direction of Election 1 in the above-entitled cases, and, thereafter,
Local 630, Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of
North America having filed with the Board an "Application of Local
630 Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North
America to Withdraw Charges and to Set Aside Order and Direction
of Election and to Dismiss Charges and Complaints", dated March 18,
1939 , and the Board having duly considered the matter and being
advised in the premises,
IT Is HEREBY ORDERED that the said Decision, Order, and Direction
of Election dated January 5, 1939 be, and it hereby is, vacated and
set aside, and -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the complaint in Case No. C-450 and the
petition in Case No. R-580 be, and they hereby are, dismissed.
MR. EDWIN S. SMITH took no part in the consideration of the above
Order vacating and setting aside Decision, Order, Direction of Elec-
tion and dismissing Complaint and Petition.
