The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 352 ballots cast for and 462 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 1 void ballot and 29 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and recommendations.1 1 The Acting Regional Director ordered a hearing for the Union’s objections 1 through 14, and 16 through 26, and recommended overruling objections 15 and 27 in their entirety. ORDER IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 32 for further appropriate action consistent with the Acting Regional Director's report.
