On February 10, 1942, the National Labor Relations .Board, herein
called the Board , issued its Decision , and Direction of Election,' and
on June 11 , 1942; . issued a Second Direction of Election ; in the above-
entitled proceeding .2 Pursuant 'to the Second Direction of Election .a
run-off election by secret ballot was conducted on July 27, 1942, under
the. direction andf'- supervision of the Regional Director for.. the-Six-

nth Region ( Fort Worth, Texas ).. - On July. 28, 1942, the Regional
Director , acting pursuant to Article, III,'Section - 9, of National Labor
Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series . 2, as,amended , issued
an Election Report on the run -off election , copies of which were duly
served upon the. parties . No objections to the conduct of the ballot
or to the Erection Report were filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting in the run -off election , the Regional Director

IT IS ]HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Bakery Workers Local Indus-
trial- Union-No. 1145, ' affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Or-
ganizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all
employees of S. R. Sharp, doing business as Surebest Bakers, El Paso,
'Texas, excluding Cecil Phifer, Norris Cotterill, and Viola Vigil and
other supervisory employees 3 as their representative for the, pur-
poses of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 9 (a) of the National Labor. Relations Act, United Bakery
Workers Local Industrial Union No. 1145, affiliated with the Con-
gress of Industrial Organizations,'is the exclusive representative of
all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with re-
spect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other'condi-
tions of employment.
MR. WM.. M. LEISERSON took no part in the consideration of the
above Certification of Representatives.
a By, a Supplemental Decision and Direction , dated April 25, 1942 ( 40 N. L . R. B. 863),
the Board determined that Faustino Rodriguez , originally excluded from the 'unit as a
supervisory employee , having been demoted, was eligible to vote in the election. The
unit is amended accordingly.,
