Employer and UNITED FOOD AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS, LOCAL 1995 Petitioner Case 26-RC-076417 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to an election held April 20, 2012, and the Acting Regional Director's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The revised tally of ballots shows 34 ballots cast for and 34 ballots cast against the Petitioner. There were no challenged ballots. No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. 2 CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for United Food and Commercial Workers, Local 1995, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees.
