Case No. R-1546 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 0, 1939 On October 26, 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 15, 1939, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fif- teenth Region (New Orleans, Louisiana). On November 17, 1939, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. L--------------------------------------------- 290 By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, IT IS HEREBY cERTID that Textile Workers' Federal Labor Union, Local 21723, A. F. L., has been selected by a majority of the production and maintenance employees of Stonewall Cotton Mills, Stonewall, Mississippi, including the mill carpenter and the office porter, but ex- 116 N. F. L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages , hours of employment , and other conditions of employment.
