Case No., B-0407 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND AMENDMENT TO CERTIFICATION December 28, 1941 On June 9, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, certified International Association of Machinists & Ili- ternational Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local B-713 (A. F. of L.)herein called the I. A. M. and the I. B. E. W., respectively, as the exclusive representative of the production and maintenance employees of Stoner Manufacturing Corporation, Aurora, Illinois, herein called the Company.2 On November 10, 1941, the Company and the I. A. M. filed with the Board a "Motion to Amend Certification" by striking therefrom the name of the I. B. E. W. as one of the joint bargaining agents.; On November 13, 1941, the 1. B. E. W., in a letter to the Regional Director, waived "any right, power or privilege to intervene in and disclaims any interest in the above entitled case." By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Re- lations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Section 8, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Certification of Representatives in the above-entitled proceeding be, and it hereby is, amended to read as follows : 1 32 N. E W filed a joint petition in this matter a The grounds alleged in support of the motion to amend were , substantially, that al- though the Company and representatives of both labor organizations had come to -an agree- ment concerning working conditions, .the official personnel of the I. CORP. 925 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Association of Machinists, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance em- ployees of Stoner Manufacturing Corporation , Aurora, Illinois, ex- cluding clerical and supervisory employees , as their representative for the purpose of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Association of Machinists , affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment , and other conditions of employment.
