STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Upon petition duly filed by International Association of Machin-
ists, Lodge 311, A F of L, her ern called the I A 1A, alleging that
a question affecting commerce had arisen concerning the representa-
tion of employees of Sterling Electric Motois, Inc, Belvedere Gar-
dens, Calif orma, herein called the Company, the National Labor Re-
lations Board provided- for an appiopiiate hearing upon due notice
before Maurice J Nicoson, Trial Examiner Said healing was held
at Los Angeles, California, on July 1, 1942 The Company, the
I A AT, and Sterling Motors Inc Employees' Association, herein
called the Association, appeared, participated, and were afforded full
opportunity to be heard, to ekaniine and cross-examine witnesses,
ant to introduce evidence bearing on the issues The Trial Exam-
iner's rulings made at the hearing are free from prejudicial error
and are hereby affirmed
