Cases Nos. 20r-R--1079 and 20-R-1109, respectively SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER September 26, 1945 On October 25 and 26, 1944, elections were conducted in the above matters pursuant to the Board's direction of September 26, 1944 (58 N. L. R. B. 560), and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Board. On November 18, 1944, the Board issued a Supple- mental Decision and Certification, in which it granted permission to the International Association of Machinists to bargain for the em- ployees in the Machinist Voting Group as part of the bargaining-unit currently represented by that organization ; certified the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local B-302, as the representa- tive of the employees in the Electricians Voting Group; and withheld from the Association, which had received a majority of the valid votes counted among the employees in the Residual Production and Maintenance Group, permission to bargain for such employees as part of the State-wide unit it purportedly represented, pending final determination of Case No. 21-C-2167, Matter of Standard Oil Com- pany of California. Thereafter, on May 19, 1945, the Board issued its Decision and Order in the said Case No. 21-G-2167 (61 N. L. R. B. 1251) finding, inter alia, that the Association is a company-dominated •organization and directing the Company to withdraw all recogni- tion from, and to disestablish the Association as the collective bargain- ing representative of any of its employees. Inasmuch as no bona fade collective bargaining representative has been chosen by the employees in Case No. 20-R-1079, in the Residual Production and Maintenance Group, we shall dismiss the'petition insofar as it affects such employees. 63 N. I. 0., be, and' it hereby is, dismissed insofar as it affects the employees in the Residual Produc- tion and Maintenance Group described in Section IV, D, of the Board's Decision and Direction of Elections issued on September 26, 1944.
