Employer and PRODUCTION WORKERS UNION OF CHICAGO AND VICINITY, LOCAL 707 Petitioner Case 13-RC-087332 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held September 26, 2012, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 104 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 17 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 130 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 5 void ballots and 1 challenged ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued. 1 United Food & Commercial Workers Local 1546. 2 CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots has not been cast for Production Workers Union of Chicago and Vicinity, Local 707, or for United Food & Commercial Workers Local 1546, and that neither labor organization is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of these bargaining unit employees.
