SEVERING CASES

The^Board,;by order duly made, having directed investigation and
hearing and having consolidated the above-entitled cases; and having
issued a Decision, Order' and, Direction of Election 1 on August 4,
1938; and, thereafter,,the petitioner in Case No. R-600 having, by
letter dated February 5, 1942;. requested permission to withdraw its
petition without prejudice, and the Board having treated the_ said
letter, as a motion; and having duly considered the same,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED , pursuant to Article III, Section 10 (c)'(4)
of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,
as amended, that Case No. R-600 be, and it hereby is, severed from
Case No. C-477; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the motion of the said petitioner for
permission to withdraw its petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and
the aforesaid case be, and it hereby is, closed.
