DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
November 1, 2013, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them.
The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 18 ballots cast for and 22 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 3
challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time
provide. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and
recommendations.1

1 The Regional Director recommended that a hearing be held for portions of Objection 1. He
further recommended that Objections 2, 4, 6, 7, 9 and portions of Objection 5 concerning threats of
termination be overruled. In addition, the Regional Director recommended that Objections 3, 8,
and 10, the unnumbered omnibus objection, and the remaining portion of Objections 1 and 5 be
overruled.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 29 for further appropriate action consistent with his report.
