Case No. R-2033 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES February 14,1941 On September 25, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted under the direction and supervision of the Regional Di- rector for the Second Region (New York City). On January 31, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. B, No. 109 629 630 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD and stewards' departments, except wireless and radio operators, and junior engineers who hold licenses, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Seafarers' International Union of North America, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the.purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
