Case No. R-3171 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER January 6, 1942, On November 21, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an election by secret ballot was conducted on December 18, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On December 20, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the balloting. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported as follows : Total on eligibility list ---------------------------------- 87 Total ballots cast-- -------------------------------------- 83 Total ballots challenged ---------------------------------- None Total void ballots---------------------------------------- None Total blank ballots- -------------------------------------- None Total valid votes counted--------------------------------- 83 Votes cast for District Council of Nassau County of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America (A.
