Case No. R -e866 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 16, 1941 On September 25, 1941, the- National Labor Relations Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election 1 and on October 23, 1941, an Amendment to Direction of Election 2 in the above-entitled pro- ceedings. Pursuant to Direction of Election as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 19, 1941, .under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eleventh Region (Indianapolis, Indiana). On November 22, 1941, the Re- gional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the election or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 111. 694 RYTEX COMPANY 695 Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Stationery Workers Union, Local #483, affiliated with the International !P'rinting Pressmen's and Assistants' Union of North America (A. F. L.). has been designated and selected by a majority of the employees of the printing, engrav- ing, envelope, box, offset, shippingi sample, and maintenance depart- ments, and inspectors of Rytex Company, Indianapolis, Indiana, excluding clerical and supervisory employees and all employees of the composition department, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that,•pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Stationery Workers Union Local #483, affiliated with the International Printing Pressmen's and As- sistants' Union of North America (A. F. L.) is the exclusive repre- sentative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bar- gaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment; and other conditions of employment.
