The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 13 ballots cast for and 8 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 1 challenged ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued.1 1 The Regional Director approved withdrawing objections 1, 5, and 6, and recommended that objections 2, 3, and 4 be overruled in their entirety. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Carpenters Industrial Council and that it is the exclusive collective- bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: Included: All full time, and regular part-time loader operators, kiln burners, baggers, bran pickers, line leads, assistant line leads, and safety coordinators. Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, temporary employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
