ORDER DENYING MOTION1
The Applicant’s motion for reconsideration of the Board’s Decision and Order reported at
365 NLRB No. 114 (2017) is denied.2 In its motion, the Applicant explains why it disagrees
with the Board’s decision, but it has not identified any material error or demonstrated
extraordinary circumstances warranting reconsideration under Section 102.48(c)(1) of the
Board’s Rules and Regulations.3
It is ORDERED, therefore, that the Respondent’s motion for reconsideration is denied.
