On June 17, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series,2 , as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Elec- tion Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. L. R. B., No. 4. 12 ROSEDALE KNITTING COMPANY 13 Knitting Company, Laureldale, Pennsylvania, excluding office employ- ees, clerical employees, managers, executives, supervisory employees, maintenance employees, watchmen, and laborers, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, American Federa- tion of Hosiery Workers, Branch #10, affiliated with the Textile Workers Union of America and the Congress of Industrial Organiza- tions, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates ' of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
