(PATCO) Intervenor Case 16-RC-139987 DECISION AND ORDER The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to an election held December 11, 2014, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 2 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 2 ballots ballots cast for the Intervenor, and 1 ballot cast against the participating labor organizations. There were 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations.1 1 The Hearing Officer recommended that the Intervenor’s Objection be overruled, and that the Board remand the case back to Region 16 for further processing and scheduling of a runoff election in accordance with the issued Tally of Ballots. 2 ORDER IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 16 for further appropriate action consistent with the hearing officer's report.
