Applying Specialty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center of Mobile, 357 NLRB No. 83 (2011), we find that the
petitioned-for CNAs constitute an identifiable group of employees and that they share a community of interest. In
light of the Employer’s failure to meet its burden to show that the employees it seeks to include in the unit share an
overwhelming community of interest with the petitioned-for employees, we agree with the Regional Director that
the petitioned-for unit of CNAs is appropriate.
