SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
AND
ORDER
May 17, 1939
'On February 23, 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election,, and
on March 8, 1939, an Amendment to Direction of Election,2 in the
above-entitled proceeding.
On May 9, 1939, the Regional Director notified the Board that Rils
Manufacturing Company, concerning the representation of whose
employees the Board found that a question affecting commerce had
arisen, had discontinued its operations, and recommended that the
Direction of Election herein be vacated, and the petitions, dismissed.
ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board hereby orders that :
1. The Decision and Direction of Election and the Amendment to
Direction of Election hereinbefore issued be, and they are hereby
vacated; and
2. The petitions for investigation and certification of representa-
tives hereinbefore filed be, and they hereby are, dismissed.
