Case No. R-1797 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES June 21,19-110 On May 16, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above,entitled proceeding:' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election. by secret ballot was conducted on June 4, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fourth Region (Philadelphia, Penn- Sylvania). On June 6, 1940, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. Full opportunity. to participate in the conduct of the election and to make challenges was afforded all parties.
