15,1942, and United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America,
Local No 441, the only union involved in this proceeding, having filed
with the Regional Diiectoi a request, dated July 23, 1942, for with-
drawal of its petition,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request filed, by the petitioner for
permission to withdraw its petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and
that the aforesaid case be, and it hereby is, closed.
MR GERARD D REILLY took no part in the consideration of the above
Order Permitting Withdrawal of Petition.
