CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
December 19,1941
On September 18, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board,
herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election
in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction-of
Election; an election by secret ballot was conducted on October 15,
1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director
for'the Fifteenth Region (New Orleans, Louisiana). , On October 22,
1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section
9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules,and Regulations-' Series
2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were dilly
served upon the parties. On November 19, 1941, the Board issued
a Supplemental Decision and Direction of Election,' overruling
challenges to four ballots and directing the Regional Director to open
and count the ballots and thereafter to prepare and cause to be
served upon all parties a Supplemental Election Report. On Decem-
ber 4, 1941, the Regional Director issued and duly served upon all
parties a Supplemental Election Report. No objections to the Sup-
plemental Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and the results thereof, the Regional Director
reported as follows :

as amended, -
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Local Union 2930, Lumber & Sawmill
Workers Division of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and
Joiners of America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor,
has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and
maintenance' employees in the West Helena, Arkansas, plant of the
Pekin - Wood Products Co., excluding foremen, assistant foremen,
timekeepers,, plant-production employees, clerical employees, con-
fidential salaried employees, salaried engineers, and janitors, as their
representative for the purposes' of collective bargaining, and that,
pursuant to the provisions'', of Section 9- (a) of, the National Labor
Relations Act; Local 2930, Lumber &. Sawmill Workers Division
of the United,Brotherhood- of Carpenters and Joiners of America,
affiliated' with the, American. Federation of Labor, is, the exclusive
representative of. all such employees for the purposes of. collective
bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employ,-
ment,, and-, other conditions' of, employment.
