MacDonald, hearing officer. The hearing officer's rulings made at the hearing are'free from prejudicial error and are hereby affirmed. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 (b) of the National Labor Relations Act, the Board has delegated its powers in connection with this case to a three-member panel [Chairman Herzog and Members Houston and Reynolds]. Upon the entire record in this case, the Board finds : THE BUSINESS OF THE EMPLOYER The Employer operates a small bindery within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, binding pamphlets, catalogues, magazines, adver tising brochures and folders. During the past year, its purchases were valued at approximately $3,000, and its sales at between $47,000 and $50,000. All sales were made to customers located within the Commonwealth, although the principal customers are themselves engaged in interstate commerce. In view of the slight and remote impact the Employer's operations have upon the interstate commerce, we find that it will not effectuate the policies of the Act to assert jurisdiction over the Employer. Ac- cordingly, we shall dismiss the petition 2 ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition filed herein be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
