The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots in Voting Group - Unit A for inclusion in the same bargaining unit as the non-professional employees in Voting Group - Unit B shows 2 for inclusion and 0 votes cast against inclusion, with 0 void ballots and 2 challenged ballots, a sufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations.1 1 The ballots of William J. Monlux and Honglinh Tran were challenged by the Petitioner on the grounds that they were ineligible to vote in Voting Group – Unit A because they were 2 DIRECTION IT IS DIRECTED that the Regional Director for Region 32 shall, within 14 days of this direction, open and count the ballots of William J. Monlux and Honglinh Tran, and that the impounded ballots for Voting Group – Unit B be opened and counted. The Regional Director shall thereafter prepare and serve on the parties a revised tally of ballots, and issue the appropriate certification(s). Dated, Washington, D.C., June 2, 2014.
