The Employer’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s decision to hold the
decertification petitions in abeyance pending resolution of the unfair labor practice charge raises
no substantial issues warranting reversal of the Regional Director’s determination. Accordingly,
the Regional Director’s decision is affirmed.
